General Conditions:

1.  The competition is open to everyone except the Organisers and Management of Volkswagen of South Africa (Pty Ltd.
2.  Prizes are not transferable and may not be converted into cash.
3.  The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The draws will be audited by the external auditors of Volkswagen of South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
 
Special Conditions:

1. The names of all entrants in the 105km and 79km Herald VW Cycle Tour events, the Herald VW Mountain Bike Challenge events, as well as the participants of the 75km VW Cycle Tour will be entered in the competition.  The competition excludes participants of the Herald VW Cycle Tour 30km Fun Ride as well as the 25km Volkswagen Cycle Tour Fun Ride.

2. Each qualifying race entry will be treated as a separate competition entry, provided that the entrant participates in the event.

3. The winner or his guardian (if the winner is a minor) is required to be in possession of a valid South African driver’s licence.  A minor must be duly assisted by his/her legal guardian to be eligible for the vehicle prize.

4. The winner and the guardian (if the winner is a minor) must be present at the draw, which will take place at the prize-giving after completion of the Herald VW Cycle tour.
